The Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (Corporation) has a requirement to secure suitable permanent quarters for the Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliated organizations. In order to secure the necessary space and improvements, the Corporation invites letters of intent for lease proposals from interested parties.
Letters of intent shall be received at the Corporation offices by 3:30 PM, LST, on December 1, 2005. Project specification may be obtained in person from the Rhode Island Tourism Division, 1 West Exchange Street, Providence, RI, 02903, Phone: (401) 222 2601, ext. 105 or downloaded below.
